Due to increased concern and nervousness among international property buyers, combined with the fact that some proposed residential developments on the island have failed to come to fruition and resulting rumours circulating about the market, in late Autumn 2009 the Board at Villas Valriche agreed to commission independent diligence by a professional third party to demonstrate the financial and operational robustness of their project.

The International Property Law Centre LLP, based in the UK, conducted extensive due diligence checks into the Villas Valriche development and the development passed with flying colours.

The feedback on the report was extremely positive: “This news reflects not just the quality of Villas Valriche but also the thorough approach taken by the developer during all stages of the development process, from the initial development approvals right through construction and the sales process. It is a credit to the project that, despite the extremely difficult trading conditions we are all facing within the global property market, Villas Valriche has both submitted to due diligence and has passed without difficulty.”
