Agreement was reached in Summer 2009 with leading resort management company Heritage Resorts, which is the major investor in the Bel Ombre region and therefore the most suitable partner we could have wished for to deliver the management services and generate rental returns for our residents.

Heritage Les Villas will offer to villa owners and rental pool guests a wide range of individual villa services such as cleaning, laundry, provision stocking, room service, personal chef and butlers, baby sitting and airport transfers as required. They will also oversee estate administration, security services, swimming pool cleaning, villa garden and external maintenance, maintenance of common areas and waste disposal.
