A new golf course is underway!<\/strong><\/h2> \n \n

We are pleased to announce that a new golf course, La R\u00e9serve Golf Links, will be open for play in December 2023. In the meantime, here are a few titbits to keep you on your toes!<\/p> \n \n

This unique golf course was designed by the famous golf architect, Peter Matkovich and the former British Open champion, Louis Oosthuizen. La R\u00e9serve Golf Links will feature elevated tees and greens, with panoramic views of tropical beaches and the south coast of Mauritius from every hole.<\/p> \n \n

\u201cThis is an extraordinary course with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, reflecting our vision to create a world-class course for players from around the world in search of the purest golfing experience in the most beautiful places on the planet,\u201d says Heritage Golf Club\u2019s General Manager, Jonathan Menteath.<\/p> \n \n

In addition to providing a remarkable golf course and breathtaking views, environmental protection was at the core of our project. La R\u00e9serve Golf Links is located adjacent to a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and its construction has allowed for the recreation of new grasslands with a wealth of native species. Our work is also carefully monitored in order to achieve GEO (Golf Environment Organization) certification. We are aware of all that nature has to offer and wanted to give back to nature through this project.<\/p> \n\r\n
