Another plot has been sold during the lockdown, which has triggered, for many investors, the imperative need to live in a beautiful, secure and spacious environment, in the heart of nature. Plot 164, which is situated above a river inlet and offers a beautiful view of the estate, was bought by a Belgian couple who are already owners of a villa at Heritage Villas Valriche! This reaffirms the trust they have in the project. This plot being in front of their own villa, their short-term intention is to keep it as it is, to preserve the magnificent surrounding views.
Having first discovered the estate through friends who were also owners, Julien and Floriane Begasse de Dhaem, the lucky buyers, explain the reasons for their choice:
